All papers undergo rigorous masked peer review. In a departure from convention, our reviewers do receive an honorarium for their time. Before manuscript submission, authors are advised to submit an abstract that will be screened for fit within the scope of the journal. When the abstract has passed through screening, the full manuscript (extended or medium-length) may be submitted for review contingent on a nominal fee of USD $100 per submission to cover the reviewer honorarium. Brief articles are exempt from submission fees. All articles accepted for publication will be free of any article processing costs.
