Dr. Fernandez has over a hundred scholarly publications across the field of psychology and life sciences. He has served on editorial boards and reviewed extensively for a host of journals. His pedagogical contributions (in clinical psychology, psychosomatics, psychology of emotions, psychotherapy) have extended across multiple universities and also taken the form of invited talks and workshops internationally. He is Professor Emeritus at University of Texas at San Antonio, and (for several years now) Visiting Professor at University of California, Berkeley.
